FRACTION PIZZERIA PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This policy explains how the Fraction Pizzeria app and its support service handle information.

WHO WE ARE

Fraction Pizzeria is published by Strum App Development, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. Strum App Development is the data controller for information sent directly to us.

WHAT THE APP COLLECTS

Fraction Pizzeria does not require an account, and Strum App Development does not collect personal information from players through the app. The app has no advertising, third-party analytics, behavioural tracking, social features, chat, public profiles, or advertising identifiers.

The app does not ask for a player's name, email address, date of birth, precise location, contacts, photographs, microphone, camera, or password.

INFORMATION STORED ON THE DEVICE

Game progress, unlocked items, learning progress, settings, accessibility choices, tutorial status, and generic chef slots are stored locally on the device. This information is used only to run the game and remember progress. It is not sent to Strum App Development.

Players or a grown-up can reset a chef from the grown-up area. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored progress, subject to the device's own backup settings. Because this information stays on the device, we cannot view, recover, or delete it remotely.

PURCHASES

Fraction Pizzeria may offer a one-time Full Game unlock (a non-consumable in-app purchase) through Apple's StoreKit system. Apple processes the payment and purchase history under Apple's own privacy policy. The app receives only the information needed to determine whether the Full Game entitlement is valid. Strum App Development does not receive payment-card or billing details.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Fraction Pizzeria is designed for children and families. We intentionally avoid collecting personal information from children. External links, support contact options, and purchases are intended for grown-ups and are protected by a parental gate in the app.

If a child needs help, a parent or guardian should contact us on their behalf.

SUPPORT EMAIL

If a parent, guardian, or other adult emails us, we receive the email address and information they choose to include. We use it only to answer the request, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Our legal bases are taking steps requested by the sender, performing a contract where relevant, complying with law, and our legitimate interest in providing safe and reliable support.

Resolved support correspondence is normally deleted within 12 months, unless we need to keep it longer for a legal, security, or dispute-related reason. Please do not include unnecessary personal information about a child.

THIS WEBSITE

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may process ordinary technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, cookies needed to operate the site, and request logs, in order to deliver and protect the website. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

Strum App Development does not use this website for behavioural advertising and does not provide a public contact form for children.

YOUR RIGHTS

People in the European Economic Area may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal information, and to receive certain information in a portable format. They may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To exercise a right, email us. Because the app does not send us player data, we normally have no app data that can be linked to an individual. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy if the app, website, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show the latest revision. Material changes will be explained clearly.
